Our stay was genuinely pleasant with very clean and comfy rooms. The staff was amazing and super helpful, making our experience even better. However, we were disappointed that the hot tub and exercise room were closed during our visit. The breakfast was fantastic, but some amenities were not available, which could be a letdown for some guests.
